Orders and prices

Prices are in Taka. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you order.
After an order we may call you to confirm it. If an item is out of stock or the details are wrong, the order is cancelled and you are told.

You can pay by cash on delivery, bKash.
If you pay by bKash or Nagad, enter the TrxID at checkout; the order is sent once it is checked. Never send money to any number other than the shop's.

Items are sent by courier. The time depends on the area and the courier; you can follow the order on the "Track order" page.
Open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person.

Tell us within 3 days of delivery to return or exchange an item.
Items must be unused, in the original pack with tags. Food, cosmetics and other hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.
If you get a wrong, broken or faulty item, we exchange it or refund you and pay the delivery. If you return because you changed your mind, you pay the delivery.

Once the returned item reaches us and is checked, the money is refunded within 7 working days by bKash, Nagad or the way you paid.

For an order we keep your name, mobile number and address: to deliver it, contact you and keep our records.
This is shared only with the courier for delivery and the SMS service for order messages. We never sell your information.
To stop fake orders, the number's past deliveries may be checked in courier records.
Cookies keep your cart and language.
Ask and we show, correct or delete your information; only order records needed for accounts may be kept.
